Thyme Technologies is a business solution provider. We have a vastly experienced group of consultants, each bringing their unique capabilities to consolidate into this winning team.
We sell the software, we tailor and customise the software to suite the customer’s unique and individual requirements. In addition to marketing and selling the SAGE product range we offer a wide range of services including, one-one training, class room on and off site training, off site support (Remote Assistance), installations, implementations and data fixing.
We have been a SAGE business partner since Pastel’s inception in 1990. With over 28 years of experience and having trained and carried out over 20 000 company installations and end users, we can honestly say we have an unmatched wealth of Sage software experience.
Thyme’s broad spectrum of customers, ranging from small single user businesses, to medium size companies, to larger corporations gives us the confidence to tackle and customise almost any company regardless of their size, complexity or uniqueness.
Our belief in our capability is strongly supported by our collective intellectual capital that is a result of many years of individual experience. Thyme Technologies is made up of 4 branches.
Our teams are based in JHB, PTA, DBN and NZ. Together there are 80 members in the Thyme Team and all our consultants are all highly qualified, have achieved all technical standards and qualifications as required and have achieved all technical standards and qualifications as required and set by SAGE.
All the consultants have extensive in-depth knowledge on the range of products that we sell and support. We ensure that the consultants receive continuous training so as to maintain world class standards of our business and products.
We operate a dedicated Call Centre from 08H00 to 17H00, Monday to Thursday and from 08H00 to 16H00 on Friday, for quick answers to urgent problems. The Call Centre can be contacted either by telephone, email, Skype. Issues requiring consultant assistance can be resolved quickly and cost effectively by logging on remotely via ADSL or VPN.
